With over a decade of experience in insurtech, performance marketing, and growth strategy, Sky Opila leads Zinnia's Marketplace and Policygenius division, where he focuses on connecting distributors, carriers, and consumers through innovative digital solutions. Prior to his current role, Sky drove significant growth at Policygenius, helping serve over 30 million insurance shoppers through a consumer-friendly model that placed more than $200b in coverage. Earlier in his career, Sky held leadership positions at Allstate Identity Protection and Allstate, where he specialized in digital marketing transformation, life insurance growth strategies, and GTM strategy. Gagan brings a quarter century of IT experience to Zinnia, where he leads all application development and product delivery as CTO of the L&A Exchange Solutions portfolio as well as the company's global IT operations. Formerly Global CTO at Ebix, Gagan holds degrees from the University of Arizona and the University of Delhi, India.
