Roger is passionate about simplifying complexity to help clients achieve their business objectives.As Head of Strategic Consulting at Zinnia, he leads a team of experienced wealth management and insurance professionals who help clients develop transformation strategies, deliver programs efficiently, and optimize operations. Known for clear communication and a focus on client goals, his team is recognized for quality and reliability.Believing that good communication is the key to effective change management and successful transformation, he continually challenges his team to “do what we say, and say what we do.” – an approach that reflects his dedication to building trust and ensuring success.Roger joined Zinnia through the acquisition of Ebix’s North American Life & Annuity assets. At Ebix, he initially led the sales integration of 11 divisions in North America and eventually took charge of the Consulting division. Prior to this, he started his career as a Trust Officer with what is now Scotiabank & Trust. Over three decades, he gained experience across Canada, the UK, and the US in wealth management, investment banking, capital markets, and life insurance and annuities. As a service provider, he has led sales, account management, and professional services teams delivering solutions to sophisticated financial services clients.Five years ago, Roger exchanged his passion for winter sports for warmer climates, relocating from Boston, MA, to Atlanta, GA. He now resides there with his wife, two children, and two dogs.Roger holds a BBA and an MBA from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.
