Information we collect may include your name, email address, date of birth, sex, unique identifier, marital status, household size, number of dependents, homeowner status, job title, ZIP code, salary, net worth, beneficiary names and email addresses, unique policy ID, policy name, type value, face amount, inception data, premium amount, premium payment interval and termination date, transaction ID, transaction type, password, phone number, resume/CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, website, details collected through applications for employment with Zinnia, and some details of how you use our website.
If you do not want us to collect this information, do not use the Services. Depending on the information you do not provide, we may not be able to provide you Services, or the Services may be limited. You can opt out from email distributions by replying to an email you received from us or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email’s contents. Please note that we may still need to email you with important transactional or administrative updates.
- Targeted advertising. You may be able to opt out of some targeted ads through the NAI’s website or by using the Consumer Choice tools on the Digital Advertising Alliance’s website.
Note for non-United States residents
By using the Websites or Services, you may be sending information (including personal information) to other jurisdictions (i.e., the United States, India, or Canada, where some of our servers are located). We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Children’s information
The Services are not intended for children as defined under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete that information.
