Elaine has spent her career inside the parts of fast-moving companies that make speed possible, from org design to talent systems to the culture work that either lets a technology company scale or quietly caps how fast it can grow. She joined Zinnia from Stripe, where she led people strategy through a period of rapid growth and acquisition.

Her view is that a company can only move as fast as its people function lets it. Technology can change quickly, but teams, structures, and culture have to absorb that pace without losing coherence, especially through growth and acquisition. At Zinnia, she's focused on building an organization that can keep up with the platform's ambition: clear accountability, adaptable structures, and a culture built for what the company is becoming rather than what it has outgrown.
