In Hindi, Josh means "excitement," and that's exactly the verve Josh brings as CEO of Zinnia India. He's spent his career across the full spectrum of life and annuities, from project portfolio execution to business process outsourcing to strategy and governance, and you've never met anyone who tackles the insurance business with quite this much enthusiasm. Underneath the energy is a rigorous execution-excellence professional with strong program and portfolio management fundamentals, the discipline that turns big transformation ideas into things that actually ship.

His view is sharper than "technology helps operations": he thinks most insurance operations centers are sitting on a goldmine of institutional knowledge that ticket-based, task-by-task work has never let them use. Give that same team AI, blockchain, and API-driven tools, and they stop processing tickets and start becoming the innovation engine. Since May 2022, Josh has run that experiment for real, taking Zinnia's India hub from a back-office center to a Global Innovation Center.

Josh is based in Gurugram and holds degrees in Information Systems and Computer Programming and is currently completing a Master's in Finance with a minor in Risk Management.
