Olga Buland

Olga Buland is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and principal counsel and advisor to Zinnia's senior leadership and Board of Directors. She has responsibility for all legal, privacy, contracting, corporate transactions and M&A, litigation, compliance, regulatory, and enterprise risk.

Olga's governing principle is that technology modernization in a regulated industry is strongest when it's built on solid legal, compliance, and risk foundations from the start. She works to ensure every platform change, acquisition, or product launch earns trust and durability with customers, regulators, and partners alike, so that foundation is where Zinnia's growth, including its acquisitions, begins.

Before joining Zinnia, Olga was at Nassau Financial Group as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel advising the board and executive team on corporate transactions, regulatory and litigation matters.

Earlier, Olga was a trial lawyer at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, advising some of the country's top insurance and private equity firms, and clerked for Hon. Anthony J. Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Olga earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College.
